La oraci\u00f3n no es una f\u00f3rmula religiosa. No tienes que decir solo las palabras correctas o repetirlas un cierto n\u00famero de veces. La oraci\u00f3n es una conversaci\u00f3n honesta con Dios, y puedes estar seguro de que \u00c9l te ama y se preocupa por ti.<\/p>\n

Incluso los detalles m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de nuestra vida le importan. Y el poder de la oraci\u00f3n es que \u00c9l est\u00e1 al otro lado de la conversaci\u00f3n. Imagina la diferencia entre hablar con tu mejor amigo y con alguien que nunca has conocido. Con tu mejor amigo, puedes ser t\u00fa mismo porque esa persona ya te conoce y te ha aceptado por lo que eres. Con paciencia esper\u00e9 que Dios me ayudara; entonces \u00c9l oy\u00f3 y escuch\u00f3 mi clamor. Me sac\u00f3 del abismo de la desesperaci\u00f3n, del pantano y del lodo; puso mis pies sobre senda dura y firme, y me fortaleci\u00f3 mientras yo prosegu\u00eda mi camino. Cuando Jes\u00fas estuvo en la tierra, la gente no solo ven\u00eda a escucharlo ense\u00f1ar. Se acercaron a \u00c9l porque necesitaban ayuda. Eran personas honestas y quebrantadas que necesitaban un Salvador, al igual que nosotros. Le trajeron las cosas dif\u00edciles de la vida. Cuando las personas estaban enfermas, acud\u00edan a Jes\u00fas. Cuando las personas estaban afligidas, acud\u00edan a Jes\u00fas. Cuando la gente ten\u00eda hambre, acud\u00eda a Jes\u00fas. Cuando las personas eran pecadoras y necesitaban misericordia, acud\u00edan a Jes\u00fas. Cuando la gente estaba atormentada y confundida, acud\u00eda a Jes\u00fas.\u00a0\u00a1Y \u00c9l nunca rechaz\u00f3 a nadie!<\/u><\/p>

Aqu\u00ed hay cuatro historias que muestran cu\u00e1nto quer\u00eda ayudar Jes\u00fas. Estos ejemplos nos demuestran que la oraci\u00f3n es un salvavidas dado por Dios.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Lucas 7:36-50<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2013 En esta historia, una mujer pecadora (probablemente una prostituta) se acerca a Jes\u00fas durante una cena que le organiz\u00f3 un l\u00edder religioso. Ella lava los pies de Jes\u00fas y lo adora como Se\u00f1or. Los l\u00edderes est\u00e1n insatisfechos, pero Jes\u00fas no reprende a la mujer por su demostraci\u00f3n de remordimiento. En cambio, le ofrece perd\u00f3n y bondad y reprende a los l\u00edderes por su coraz\u00f3n duro e implacable.<\/p>

Juan 11:17-45<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 Jes\u00fas llor\u00f3 con sus amigos. L\u00e1zaro, el hermano de Marta y Mar\u00eda, hab\u00eda muerto. Jes\u00fas sinti\u00f3 su dolor y llor\u00f3 con ellos por su p\u00e9rdida. Pero ah\u00ed no es donde termina esta historia. Jes\u00fas revel\u00f3 que \u00c9l es la resurrecci\u00f3n y la vida. Le dio a esta familia un regalo que nunca olvidar\u00eda y resucit\u00f3 a L\u00e1zaro.<\/p>

Marcos 5:21-43<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 Jes\u00fas sana a dos personas en esta historia. Estando de camino para sanar a una ni\u00f1a enferma, una mujer con un problema de flujo de sangre detiene a Jes\u00fas y experimenta una poderosa curaci\u00f3n de la enfermedad que hab\u00eda sufrido durante a\u00f1os.<\/p>

Marcos 6:33-44<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Miles de personas siguieron a Jes\u00fas durante su ministerio terrenal. Ese d\u00eda ense\u00f1\u00f3 a la gente durante horas y horas. Estaban en medio de la nada, y la gente estaba hambrienta y sin comida. You\u2019ve come here because you need help. Who doesn\u2019t?\u00a0You know you can\u2019t make it on your own.\u00a0None of us can.\u00a0The good news is that there is a lifeline.\u00a0We can speak simple, heartfelt words to our Creator and know that he listens to us and will respond. Prayer is not a religious formula. You don\u2019t have to say just the right words or repeat them a certain number of times. Prayer is an honest conversation with God, and you can be confident that he loves and cares about you. Even the most minor details of our lives matter to him. And the power of prayer is that he\u2019s at the other end of the conversation. Imagine the difference between talking to your best friend and someone you\u2019ve never met. With your best friend, you can be yourself because that person already knows you and has accepted you for who you are. Everything changes when we realize who is hearing our voice. I waited patiently for the LORD; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the LORD and put their trust in him. \u2013 Psalm 40:1-3 When Jesus was on the earth, people didn\u2019t just come to hear him teach. They came to him because they needed help. They were honest, broken people who needed a Savior \u2014 just like us. They brought the hard things of life to him. When people were sick, they came to Jesus. When people were grieving, they came to Jesus. When people were hungry, they came to Jesus. When people were sinful and in need of mercy, they came to Jesus. When people were tormented and confused, they came to Jesus.\u00a0And he never turned anyone away! Here are four stories showing how much Jesus wanted to help. These examples are how we know that prayer is a God-given lifeline. Luke 7:36-50\u00a0\u2013 In this story, a sinful woman (probably a prostitute) approaches Jesus at a religious leader\u2019s dinner. She washes Jesus\u2019 feet and worships him as Lord. The leaders are dissatisfied, but Jesus does not rebuke the woman for her demonstration of remorse. Instead, he offers her forgiveness and kindness and rebukes the leaders for their hard and unforgiving hearts. John 11:17-45 \u2013 Jesus wept with his friends. Mary and Martha\u2019s brother Lazarus had died. Jesus felt their pain and cried with them over their loss. But that\u2019s not where this story ends. Jesus revealed that he is the resurrection and the life. He gave this family a gift they would never forget and raised Lazarus back to life. Mark 5:21-43 \u2013 Jesus heals two people in this story. On his way to heal a sick girl, a woman with an issue of blood stops Jesus and experiences powerful healing from a sickness she\u2019d had for years. Mark 6:33-44\u00a0\u2013 Thousands of people followed Jesus during his earthly ministry. This day he taught the people for hours on end. They were in the middle of nowhere, and the people were hungry and without food. Jesus makes a meal out of thin air and satisfies their physical and spiritual hunger. Real Stories: Real Answers to Prayer These stories give you confidence that God wants to meet you with whatever you\u2019re facing right now. He is full of compassion and power. Sometimes God doesn\u2019t respond in the way we think he will or in the timeframe we think he should, but he will never ignore an honest cry for help.
